Cut the pepper into julienne strips and sauté it. Make the basil oil, using equal amounts of oil and basil, crushed in a blender. On the bottom of the plate, place the roe, topped with the sautéed pepper and anchovies. Finally add the basil oil to give it a contrast of flavours and colour.
